Master Packing & Rubber Company is dedicated to provide our customers with quality products, free of defects, conforming to all design and functional requirements. Through individual involvement employees strive to meet or exceed their job requirements. By paying attention to all details required in each job, and with efficient manufacturing processes, we can meet our corporate objectives. Attention to detail and individual commitment in every job also means improving our products and processes, to enable the early detection and elimination of non-conformances. Our cost savings are passed on to the customer so that we are able to maintain competitive prices for quality products.

Our primary products are metallic and non-metallic gaskets of any size, thickness and material, mechanical packing and seals, hydraulic seals, O-rings, sheet packing and related products. Our primary or core business includes refineries, chemical plants, power plants, paper mills and related industries. In 1990 we started to work on developing engine gaskets for locomotive and marine diesel engines. Our Total Quality Management program applies throughout all areas of performance from procurement to shipping.

In general, all fabricating operations are performed by Master Packing & Rubber Company. Exceptions include the manufacture of certain metal gaskets and all molded or lathe cut rubber products. It is our long-range goal to manufacture our metal gaskets and to produce our own molded rubber parts. We have been admitted to the DuPont Performance Elastomer's "Genuine Viton®" Program, which is a continuation of our pursuit to highest quality standards in materials.
