Master Packing & Rubber Company Warranty

MASTER PACKING & RUBBER COMPANY warrants each part it manufactures to be free from defect in material and workmanship under use for the purpose for which it was intended for a period of ONE YEAR from invoice date. Any part, which has been found to be defective in material or workmanship, will be replaced by MASTER PACKING & RUBBER COMPANY, and shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective part. MASTER PACKING & RUBBER COMPANY will be the sole judge of the existence of any claimed defect and will not allow for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly, or re-installation of claimed part. Replacement of part shall constitute complete fulfillment of all of MASTER PACKING & RUBBER COMPANY's obligations and liabilities.

MASTER PACKING & RUBBER COMPANY shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to function of any article manufactured by it or any equipment on which it is used. Failure of user to give notice of claim as to defect claimed under provisions of this warranty within 60 days of the appearance of such claim shall constitute a waiver by customer of all claims with respect to such goods and equipment.

This warranty shall not cover any part which has been misused, misapplied, neglected or altered by intent or accident and/or installed against specific instruction.

NO EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR SERVICE OTHER THAN HEREIN SET FORTH IS MADE OR AUTHORIZED TO BE MADE BY MASTER PACKING & RUBBER COMPANY.
